Yes, Atvin has developed a line of home elevators with an extremely compact footprint, starting from just 1 square meter, suitable for small, multi-story homes. The minimum dimensions are 950 x 1100 mm, with a top floor height of over 3000 mm.

Atvin elevators are manufactured at Atvin’s facilities in Dong Nai and Hanoi, ensuring high-quality standards. Components such as motors, control panels, inverters, and safety sensors are imported directly from leading global elevator brands such as Ziehl-Abegg, Sicor, Montanari, and Torin Drive.
Atvin has an in-house technical team responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and servicing of elevators as part of the company’s management process. Recognizing that ‘the quality of people directly impacts the quality of products and services and business effectiveness,’ Atvin places great emphasis on recruiting, training, and developing its workforce. It is one of the few elevator companies in Vietnam with a large and skilled technical team.
According to each customer’s requirements and budget, Atvin will assess and advise on the most suitable elevator model. Generally, the investment cost for a home elevator ranges from approximately 300 to 500 million VND, depending on the type of elevator, motor equipment, and cabin interior options.
